Yeah I passed the Flex certification exam today and I'm over the moon about it. It took a little longer than expected to prepare for it since new work kept coming up (darn new work ;-)). To prepare for it I used Attest which was very useful pushing my knowledge of Flex. It is a very good tool to prepare for the test but can't be consider the only tool a developer should use. So at the moment I'm waiting for the certification goodies to turn up so I can get the cert logo up.
Again Yeah I'm Flex Certified!!!

so how did it helped on your carrer? im just curious since I am contemplating if i want to go through the certification.

Well I got annoyed with people asking how good I am at Flex/Actionscript 3 which lead me to taking the exam. For me I'd say it's definitely helped get past that initial introduction. I had a guy come in for a Flex position where I'm currently working and he no Flex experience other than knowing the Adobe marketing talk. So for me it lets you stand out in the crowd. I'd recommend it :)
